Welcome to Flytierguy.com. This site is meant to be a place to introduce newcomers to fly tying, and inspire amatures and experts alike. Fly tying is a passion for many of us, and I want to keep the traditions of years and centuries goneby alive and well in an age where the only thing anyone can think of is the future. Looking back to the past can sometimes lead to solutions for the future, and this can most certainly be applied to fly tying. Some flies on this site are new and "futuristic", but the focal point is to be preserving the history of fly tying and passing the traditions on to the next generation, the curent generation, or anyone who wants to know anything about the history of fly tying. With that said we cannot remain in the past either, new techniques and materials will be and need to be developed, with out that fly tying will be left behind and forgoten.

I have flies for sale, ranging from flies for bluegill fishing, to steelhead fishing, on up to classic bass and full dress salmon display flies for a businessmans desk, or a retirement gift, I will do cutoms orders as well, and I can put the flies in display cases if needed, just send me a message throught my "contact me" page.
